We are seeking self-motivated, entrepreneurial sales professionals at all levels of experience to join our Account Executive team in Huntington Beach, CA!

This opportunity is a high paying, uncapped, 100% Commission based position within B2B professional services.

As a Sales Account Executive you will receive the support needed to:

• Develop a unique U.S. market without geographical or vertical restrictions
• Execute a business development strategy to acquire and expand accounts
• Place open jobs on the recruitment network to source referrals in partnership with our talent consultants
• Deliver referrals to the client and close deals by placing candidates in either permanent placement or contract roles

Minimum Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success in acquiring and growing accounts in staffing and recruitment, B2B professional services, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred; experience considered in lieu of degree
• Technical proficiency in CRM, ERP, MS Office, and other digital technologies
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, negotiation, and time management skills
• Disciplined commitment to generating revenue through proven methods of success

We are seeking candidates at all levels of experience from junior to senior leaders based on years of experience aligned with our business, including existing accounts, YoY revenue generation, and market expertise.

This opportunity is an uncapped, 100% commission based sales position within B2B professional services. There is an expected lead time of three months for an entry-level account executive to close their first deal.
